The two pics showing marks are the only marks I can find. Can anyone give me any info on the maker or date of mfg? Thanks in advance!

None of my references have a mark like yours.
Can you tell if it is solid silver or plate? Numbers like 13 are often used in Europe to denote 13/16 silver ratio, but I have never seen one as high as 15/16.
Very nice candelabra - and sometimes the mystery of who made them is just as interesting as the actual maker.

My guess is that this candelabra will fall into the broad category of "continental" silver. It looks to be of good quality, but I would suspect connecting it to a maker based on the marks would be difficult. Nonetheless, thanks for sharing.

Upon further inspection, I found what I believe is a makers mark. I found it when I took them apart further to clean. I'm pretty sure the first section notes that its German? Anyway, any help would be appreciated!!

I am not an expert on German silver, but the 925 indicates it is sterling silver - i.e. 925 parts out of 1000 parts are silver and 75 parts are other metals to give it strength. The crescent moon and crown indicate that it is German and the odd mark at the end would be the maker's mark which appears to me to be that of Emil Hermann in the city of Waldstetten, Germany. He began his silver business in 1921 and the company is still making silver today. They changed their maker's mark in 1950 so my guess is that this would date this sometime between 1921 and 1950. I would bow to a German silver expert if they can add or edit any of this. You might also try writing a nice letter to the company to see if they can tell you anything more about it. Sometimes companies respond to such questions, sometimes they don't, sometimes they no longer have their old records from throwing them out, and sometimes companies in countries like Germany that suffered extensive leveling of their cities during the war lost their records due to that, but it might be worth a try to ask politely. If you can write in German that can be a help as well. They are at Raiffeisenstraße 6, 73550 Waldstetten, Germany

That was a great find. The R 15 may be a model number that the company used.
