Did Unger Bros make rings? I have the 1904 catalog and I dont see any in there. I've seen rings sporadically online for sale. The bands are different. I just picked one up but I realize the cherub on it looks much like a hat pin I have I wonder if someone repurposed it or if UB actually made rings?

I have a big update for my locket thread. Been working on that BTW

Can't say for sure if Unger made rings but I have seen a lot of flatware re-purposed for rings. Makes me cringe.

Ah I cant say much I have some of those rings and I've repurposed some for other things. I hate doing it...but no this def isn't a spoon it would have had to have been a pin or something bent. I've seen a few but I haven't seen any in Unger catalogs so idk.... In these cases they may be broken tie clips or broken hat pins... so a salvage if you will....maybe better than cutting it up smile

I don't recall ever seeing an authentic Unger finger ring. Only some conversions, usually from spoons or stickpins. I have always wondered, too. If I ever find or see a legit one I will post here.
