Re - German Marks.
Attached are some mystery marks, probaly German, for you.

Three useful books are:

  • Museum Boymans-van Beuningen, Rotterdam, 1992, "Silver of a New Era."
    ISBN 90 6918 089 8.
  • Dr J R ter Molen, Museum Boymans-van Beuningen, Rotterdam, 1994, "Zilver."
    Dutch text and marks reproduced.
    ISBN 90 6918 128 2.
  • A. Krekel-Aalberse, Thames & Hudson Ltd, London 1989, "Art Nouveau & Art
Deco Silver." Marks and biographical information.
  • Mrs Krekel-Aalberse has produced other publications but I have not seen them.
  • Another, not seen, is the Brohan Museum "Modern Art of Metalwork."
    ISBN 3 98 0152 59 6 (?).

Regards,
ozfred.
