I have quite a few pieces of Christofle faltware of the Rubans pattern. I am having trouble identifying the Hallmarks on the pattern.
On the left side of each piece is an O and a C with what appears to be a horses head between the letters. On the right side of a each piece is another O and a C with a scales situated between the letters. There are 4 stars above the scales.
All what I have have these hallmarks with the following additional exceptions:
A 13" soup ladle had what appears to be a turtle under the scales.
A 10" serving spoon had what appears to be a turtle under the scales.
An 8 3/8" fork has the numbers 90 under the scales with what appears to be a turtle under the numbers.
An 8 1/4" soup spoon has the numbers 90 under the scales with what appears to be a horses head under the numbers.
A 5 5/8" desert spoon has the numbers 18 under the scales with waht appears to be a fish under the numbers.

I would greatly appreciate if someone could please tell me what all this means?

Thank you very much for your helpful information. Dealing with Frenck silver, particularlu Christofle is surely baffling. Thanks again for your help.
