I hope someone can help me decode these spoons. I'm guessing they're Finnish but I'm not familiar with b7 or a7 (I'm guessing this relates to date?). The first symbol is a mystery to me and so is the 4th.

Yes, your piece is Finnish. The marks, left to right are:
  1. A crouching lion: the maker's mark of Kultakeskus Oy, the largest gold & silver manufacturer in Finland. Founded in Helsinki in 1897, they moved to Hämeenlinna in 1918 and are still in business.

    Their website is: www.kultakeskus.fi

  2. A crown: The Finnish state guarantee mark.

  3. 813H: The purity mark for .813 silver; "H" is for "hopea", the Finnish word for silver.

  4. A three towered fortress: the city mark for Hämeenlinna.

  5. B7: The date code for 1955.

Hope this helps!

You're welcome. By the by, I just realized that one spoon is actually dated A7. I guess I didn't look closely and just assumed that the mark was unclear, not that there were two date codes. A7 was - as you probably deduced - the year previous to B7: i.e., 1954.
