This looks like a spoon by the Norwegian maker David Andersen in the Viking Revival style. Don't know the name of the pattern. Your spoon should be marked David-Andersen Norway Sterling if my supposition is correct. Andersen made many little servers such as this one.

I don't see David Anderson anywhere. So when was it made? Thanks.

The scale is a David-Andersen mark used with minor variations since the 1920s and it's 830/1000 silver, rather than sterling.

You won't find him under David Anderson - he was Norwegian which means he spelled his last name Andersen - note the e instead of an o. The David Andersen company has been a highly prolific one churning out enormous quantities of silver, and silver with enamelling. They have been around for over 100 years and are still in business, making and selling silver. Here is their website: www.david-andersen.no If you don't read Norwegian, it might help to know that the Norwegian word for silver is solv.

Thank you Kimo. It is a humbling thing to realize that Norwegian is one of the languages most like English; it shares grammar and word order with our language. And looks totally different.

Great link.

How big is this spoon?

This spoon is probably a serving spoon. It measures about 7 3/4 inches long.
