Here's a Venezuela souvenir spoon with interesting marks:

In size it's a large demitasse, although from usage I've observed in Latin America I'd say likely used as a sugar spoon.

There are two marks, as shown in the photo: mid-handle, 'ROYAL-D' or 'ROYAL-O' - I can't tell even with a loupe which letter; end of handle, a lion mark similar to those used in Córdoba, Zaragoza, or León in Spain. Marcas de la plata española y virreinal shows no marks for Venezuela, but its coverage becomes spotty after the 19th century and this spoon is probably 3rd-quarter 20th century. The Venezuela plaque constituting the end of the handle is a separate piece soldered on (just above the bananas - you can't see it in the photos, but the solder line is clear on the reverse), and that's where the lion mark is.

Modern Nicaragua was formerly the Spanish colonial province of León, but that mark had a lion over two mountains.

Just thought I'd float this out there as one doesn't see pieces of silver from Venezuela very often and the mark may be of interest. Of course it could be made elsewhere, too - the other mark certainly doesn't seem Spanish. But it's the best contender I've run across.
