[26-2515] Does anyone have a German pattern book, circa 1900? After collecting several pieces of this pattern by Wilkens & Sohne, it would be nice to give it a name other than just 'Crocus'. IP: Logged |

The serving pieces are large with exquisitely detailed engraving. This is the business end of a gold washed, raised edge patty server. Not sure Wilkens called it that but ...... IP: Logged |

According to the Deutsches Klingenmuseum of Solingen, this pattern designed by Heinrich Vogeler was produced from or about 1902, as model no. 138. Pattern name was Herbstzeitlosen-Muster, or as Google translate puts it, "Late bloomers" pattern. IP: Logged |
