This pair of sugar tongs is not marked, but it has the zigzag where silver was removed for assay, suggesting it may be Northern European. I have a couple of little videos showing how hilarious it looks in use--maybe Scott will help me post them. IP: Logged |

Lovely, Polly - possibly the prettiest little accordion tongs I've seen, and I'd think probably German. To my eye, the 'shells' look more like stylized lotus blossoms... ~Cheryl IP: Logged |
