I have all other info, but really need to know makers mark as soon as possible. Thank you.

I assume that as you have listed this question in the British/Irish section, you are certain that you have a British or Irish piece. My main reference work, Jackson, lists 11 GAs and there are certainly others not listed there, so we really need to see a picture.

That said, there is one GA which is far more common than any of the others; if your mark has GA in 2 conjoined circles and dates between 1840 and about 1880, then it was made by Chawner & Co (GA stands for George Adams in this case).

Maybe you do, but we don't. More information and/or a picture is necessary. And what's the rush? If you are selling/buying in an auction, please familiarize yourself with the guidelines.
