swarter Moderator Posts: 2920 Registered: May 2003	posted 05-22-2005 12:33 PM One referennce is Anthony Culme's Directory of Gold & Silversmiths Jewellers & Allied Trades 1838-1914, which is intended to pick up where Grimwade's London Goldsmiths 1697-1837leaves off (This mark was entered in 1844). These works are more comprehensive than Jackson, which is not intended to include marks for all registered goldsmiths. IP: Logged
