 Japan Silver Box - SOap or Tabacco Meiji? Silversmith?1 viewsHi, I have attached one picture. A second will follow.
does anybody now more about the silversmith; year and story about this item?
Could be a soap, or tabacco box from Japan. Maybe Meiji period.
On the top of the box you can rarely see a human face. On the back of the box there are two smybols. the first stands for silver. But underneath I dont know.
Do you can help? WHat are your thought in general, and in detail relating to the symbols?
