Here are a few cheese knives in interesting patterns, with their maker's marks. Left to right, they are:
1. Engraved pattern by North Western Silver Ware Mfg. Co. of Chicago
2. APOLLO by John Wendt
3. CONE by John L. Westervelt
4. Unknown pattern and maker (but isn't it wicked!)
5. WOLF'S HEAD (aka FOX HEAD) by Francis A. Bunnell
